APPLICATION/INFORMATION FORM:

Upon receiving your application we will send you an email response and a welcome to the team package!

NOTE: You're application will not be processed until a deposit is recieved. The deposit and full payment can be sent to the office or paid via paypal. Please do not write your name on any checks.

Cost: Non-refundable deposit $200.00 CDN

Trip Cost: Approximately $1750 CDN

There are regular missions trips to Haiti lead by various H2H partners and members of the board. Please check our calendar for future trips and their purposes. All mission’s teams stay on the Heart to Heart compound and live in the guest buildings. Each tent is fully contained with power and fans and is guaranteed to last 20 years. For each guest there is a $25.00 fee to be picked up and dropped off at the airport. The guest houses will be divided in half for men and women, and later on, another team will construct a mezzanine inside the tent to accommodate couples travelling together. Please print off the application form, fill out and either drop off at our offices, fax, or mail in.
